We have an amazing childcare for our son but it's just too far out after my new job. We found someone closer and have to say goodbye to my son's teacher.

What is a good gift to say thank you? We LOVE her so so much and the only reason we are switching care is because of the distance. (Over an hour to drive and pick him up and get home when I work 10 mins from home)

We already decided on giving her a cash bonus but we want to get her something else as well. Any ideas?
