While yes bleeding gums has been a pregnancy symptom for me for three pregnancies, 4dpo is wayyyy too early.
So I’m not sure if it’s a pregnancy symptom or not for you just yet.

4DPO would be too early for any pregnancy symptoms. Implantation happens between 6-12DPO and then it takes a couple days for HCG to build up in your system
