We sterilize daily. Just a habit I picked up in NICU.

We sterilized the bottles for the first use in the dishwasher. My SO turned up the temperature on the hot water tank to reach a sterilizing temp. So I was all of my LO bottles, nipples, toys, etc. with the hottest water the sink will give us.

My son got Thrush early on. So we continue to sterilize. We use a UV sterilizer so it’s not a pain like others
