My typical period last 5 days each cycle it was a decent amount of a flow the first day it filled a regular tampon the blood was bright red I had slight cramping not as intense as usual tho after a few hours I could no longer fill a tampon so I switched to pads and no longer had a flow it was spotting and became dark red/brown and now I’m just spotting on the 3rd day 2nd and half of the first day it’s been nothing but spotting which is very unlike my period my first and second days are heavy and my third days become like a moderate flow I’m not on birth control and nothing lifestyle wise has changed in months is this abnormal?
