Iron Pills?

Just found out I'm anemic and I need to take slow release iron pills. Anyone have recommendations? 🤞

Natures Bounty Gentle iron is what I take. I’m usually fine with them as long as I take them right after eating something.

not sure about slow releasing but the vitamins i bought are nature’s bounty soft iron tablets. they work fine for me! my ob didn’t specify what kind of iron to take so i just went with the most affordable/ ones that didnt have a ton of extra ingredients

Slow-fe was recommended to me as a great one.  It made me too sick but I can’t even take prenatals because I get too sick
