Fibroid Surgery Advice

So I had 3 very early Miscarriages that last 3 years and last week my OBG confirmed my fibroids got bigger and suggested having them removed to increase the chances of my pregnancy being successful. Anyone else get their fibroids removed and still experienced Miscarriage?
