Any sonographers on here?? Mirror image artifact or twin

Tech thought she saw two, dr said he doesn’t think so and doesn’t see anything that would indicate two.

I am 7 weeks 5 days however and scan was done with empty bladder abdominally.

I looked back at the ultrasound photos and this is what I saw so looks like it could be mirror image artifact?
