how soon can you test positive?

like what is the earliest week a positive would show up?

the past few days my nipples are SO SORE AND SENSITIVE to even touch.

i’ve been cramping here and there.

i’ve been pretty constipated as well since saturday.

i’ve gained some weight.

my period isn’t supposed to be due for another 12 days!

could i be pregnant? when should i take a test? my ovulation was supposed to be yesterday but could it have came sooner?

i have A LOT of questions that need to be answered lol
