Nipple Piercings

Hiii I was wondering if anyone could share their advice/experiences. After having my nipple piercings in now for almost 4 months and still not loving them and almost regretting getting them done, I’m pretty sure I want to take them out. I’ve had complications with them as I have inverted nipples and I’m not entirely sure if my body is rejecting them but I’ve also been giving extreme anxiety of catching them/having them pulled. I feel that this stress is not worth it and I should just take them out. However I’m concerned I will have two gaping holes either side of my nipple when I do similar to hole of my belly piercing I took out a while back.
