Today me and my partner found out we had a miscarriage, once telling family I posted to Facebook as a way to cope. My future mother in law texted my fiancé how mad she is that his sister in law told her about my Facebook post (we had messaged her before hand due to not being able to call or see face to face and she never replied). And how his brother is so upset and it’s my fault for posting about it. I’m so upset anyway and now full of stress and just overall sadness. How do I deal with this?
