Clogged duct or nipple bleb
My left boob is all of a sudden like a block. I’ve tried hot compress, heating pad, expressing in the shower (not much coming out). Getting my son on my boob nothing is working. Now I’m not sure if I have a bleb and the milk just can’t get through or I’m clogged. Any help would be much appreciated
