Symptoms blighted ovum?

Well now I'm back at square one of anxiety, so it's normal for symptoms to come and go. ( I have no nausea, breasts  aren't as tender very mild cramping) okay normal. Now I Google blighted ovum and symptoms of that
Are decreased symptoms!!?!?!?

My first pregnancy i only got heartburn in the 2nd and 3rd trimester ** I have heartburn without pregnancy as well and constipation in the 3rd. I was so scared that no sickness no tenderness ment I was going to loose her. But I didnt. I mever had anything like what the textbooks said I would.

Best not to google. Google will always give you worst case scenario. I had vanishing symptoms in my first trimester but everything was fine.

Blighted ovum nearly two weeks ago. Symptoms disappeared apart from bloating abd sore boobs. Stopped falling asleep on the couch at night and nausea gone. Found out a week and and a half later I had a blighted ovum. Absolutely heartbreaking. Have since had a d&c and felt like my symptoms went in rewind. 
Definitely don’t google! Hope you’re ok ❤️

I had a blighted ovum once. I had strong pregnancy symptoms (nausea, vomiting, headaches) up until I passed everything.
