6 weeks & no symptoms ?

First pregnancy and had some cramping at week 4 but none since. 6 weeks today and still no real symptoms. Worried could this mean a missed miscarriage? Are lack of symptoms an issue? My first appointment is not until 8/13 at week 9.

With my first baby I didn’t really have any symptoms until around 8 weeks

I also had no symptoms with my first pregnancy and my son was totally healthy. It’s scary because you want to feel something knowing baby is in there, but some people just get lucky sometimes with easy pregnancies!

I'm currently pregnant with my rainbow after a missed miscarriage. I only have bloat with no other symptoms at all. With my missed miscarriage I had terrible sickness and exhaustion even after the baby had died and right up till the day i finally miscarried 3 weeks later. I am trying not to get hung up on symptoms as I will probably go insane with worry (I'm already pretty insane with worry) but I remember with my first pregnancy not having many, if any symptoms and I was very lucky to be able to enjoy every minute of pregnancy

Currently pregnant with my rainbow after a missed miscarriage and with my miscarriage I had every symptom in the book including terrible nausea until my D&C. This time I have just sore boobs and it’s only at night. I saw a heartbeat at 6 weeks 5 days, so that’s a good sign. Symptoms or lack of don’t determine pregnancy viability. Though it certainly doesn’t stop my anxiety at times.
