Spotting

I’m currently 5 weeks 4 days and I woke up this morning with a little light pink bleeding. After having a miscarriage in December I decided to call the dr and make an appointment. He then did a Pap smear and after did an ultrasound. He said my spotting was implantation bleeding and the ultrasound looks good with no sign of bleeding like it did for my miscarriage. Now, 7 hours later I’m bleeding a little more and a little more red. Has this happen to anyone and everything was okay?
