Help! Figuring this out…

I was diagnosed with PCOS and have been trying for a year now to conceive. My doctor recommended Provera since after a while on my own i stopped having my period due to stress. This is my second month on Provera. I decided to purchase the ovulation sticks and this week they have been all coming up with the two lines. Once i scan the ovulation stick on tp the app it modifies the ovulation day. We have been trying to conceive for a year now… even though i read the instructions in the app sometimes if its too light the app will tell me its negative… Are the ovulation sticks positive or negative?
