Done with HSG

I've been ttc for 1 year and i have a fibroid thats on top of my uterus (my OB is not very concerned with it). Did an HSG today and everything looked good, tubes were open and uterus looks ok. What else can i try to improve chances for this cycle? Other than tracking OPK and timing BD. Really don't know whats been missing.
