I posted on here yesterday but I finally got a chance to talk to a doctor and wanted to know if anyone had the same experience. I have a second degree tear and an area closer to my butt opened up about a centimetre. It’s quite deep and bleeding. I called my OBs office and they refused to even look at it. They said as long as it’s not infected it’s fine. It hurts so bad. Nothing is helping with the pain, so I decided to follow up with my GP. She looked and also recommended leaving it for now. They told me to take ibuprofen and Tylenol but it does absolutely nothing for the pain. The pain is excruciating in the middle of the night getting in and out of bed for baby’s diaper changes and feeds!

Anyone else have this happen and have any tips on how to keep the pain under control?
