Do you track ovulation? Even just the usual hormones in your body can cause spotting so I wouldn't worry about it much. Looks like you bd-d plenty! Great chances

Either implantarion or af coming a week early. You should monitor it. If it doesn't turn into a flow and no clots. Test for pregnancy
