Help!

Hi guys, I’m not one to post a comment but wondered if any of you could help me out a little? So I have missed my period and I am 19 days or so late now. So I haven’t had a period in about 45 days. I have taken lots and lots of tests and all have come back negative. Anything you guys can suggest?
