7 month sleep regression, anyone else??

This sleep regression is NO JOKE.
This girl will literally fight me on falling asleep all of sudden. 
This is the toughest thing I’ve been through!
My husband and I are clueless on what to do for her.
Her naps have gone to crap, 30-45 minutes at most. Fighting me at bedtime. Once she finally falls asleep the nights are ok, but all day long is a struggle. 
Every routine we’ve had has gone out the window. 
No set naps and bedtime anymore, just doing whatever works. 
I’m so tired 😩😩😩
This is little demon is hard work 😭

Just started going through it with my lo even though it’s only been a week it’s kicking my butt. Every nap is 20-30mins at best, night time is shot because she’s teething and unlike most babies who refuse to nurse she’s cluster feeding and using me as a human teether. She’s learning to crawl and pull up now so if she isn’t waking to feed, she’s waking because her body is on practice mode and she’s sleep sitting/
crawling.

This has been us for the last month or so. I take what I can get even if it’s 15 minutes, even though trying to get him to sleep is like an hour of crying and fighting it. I literally can’t do anything during the day because we’re either fighting sleep or I’m too scared to move him when he is sleeping because I don’t want him to wake up. I’m pretty much going insane. And I’m pretty sure his second tooth is coming in so 🤭😭😭😭😭

Our son started his this week. Been a real struggle to get him down at naps and bed time. He will just about fall asleep just long enough for you to go oh yay your falling asleep then bam!! Wide awake and fighting it.

My baby also started doing so from past 5 days. She’s playing in the nights for 1-2 hours crawling all over the bed. She is doing good in day time napping for 1-2 hours each time. But i am literally feeling exhausted lack of sleep 😩. Don’t know how many days does this lasts.

Oh my word this is a thing? I don't remember it with my first, and this time around it's been killing me. I'm exhausted!!! So glad to know that it's a regression and not just my baby refusing sleep haha.

Yep I’ve had this at the beginning of his 7 months and I noticed the lack of sleep immediately. Early mornings at 6am and waking for a feeding between 2-3 am but sleeping by 11pm. I took it as a growth spurt and now it seems to have ended after 2 weeks.

Oh my gosh! How cute 😊 our son got 2 on the bottom at 4 months and now has 4 at the top coming in like your baby at 7 months.

Same here! It started this week and we're literally packing for vacation as we speak. We're already regretting this so much 🥴😰 I thought he was transitioning from 3 to 2 naps but then the next day, he had 3 naps, the next 2, etc. Schedule is gone. Trying to follow wake windows is gone. One day he'll eat great the next (like today) is a mess. Fighting on every single nap. Taking 30 minutes to an hour to go down now.

Ok down to business.. we went through it too girl! A month ago and it was the hardest thing for us. Teething AND sleep regression

I was crying at least once a day lol soo that’s when we decided to start bathing him every night before bed instead of every other night - we’d let his body soak in the warm water and I’d play Buddha music low (idk why but I think it helped) after that we’d have his warm milk ready for him and after that he’d go straight to bed. Sometimes he’d laugh and want to play or get super upset but we would leave him in his crib say our goodnights and give our love. Most nights we did Motrin too because his teeth were breaking through. Every morning around 2am we would wake up to him crying so we’d do a “snack pack” feed and another dose of Motrin. Naps would be the worst because he’d be extra fussy and not want to budge he’d fight his sleep so much and when he did fall asleep it would be for about 15-20 minutes max. If anything doesn’t help just a little reassurance that this will get better soon. Schedule will go back to normal even though it doesn’t feel like it right now YOU GOT THIS MOMMA 👏🏽👏🏽
