Am i Worrying for Nothing?

Im having quite sharp twinging and a bit of a back ache and cramps the cramps arnt that bad but i know they r there and r quite  constant . I'm only 4 weeks 5 days im.quite constipated , but also have a bit of watery cm...just cannot stop worrying something is going to happen x

Im 4w5d too and feeling the same minus the constipation. This is my rainbow so im constantly worrying. But until they get intense or i start bleeding im just telling myself its normal. Hope we are just worrying for no reason i will see my dr on Friday

Exact same symptoms and I'm 4wks 4days today w rainbow baby after 2MC. Have my third HCG apt today as I'm being monitored by a specialist. Sooo nervous to see if it's still doubling. It's been good so far but terrified. Glad to know you all have the same thing :)

I had cramping like that last week at 4w5d! Disappeared and have had no cramping since! Could just be bubs settling in tighter?!
