When do you bust out the maternity clothes?

I held off until well into the second trimester with my first, but am curious when most people start to wear them.

If it wasn’t summer here I’d just be wearing my regular stretchy leggings but it’s hot AF and I wasn’t able to fit into my old shorts after 10 weeks so I just gave up and bought maternity shorts.

I had to wear them about week 13/14? So just at the start of second trimester this time.

I swapped some of my pants super early, my work is very jeans and tshirt, and my previous jeans were pretty tight and I was bloating so quick it was super uncomfortable, I think I might not have to get shirts until I’m super far along though because my baggy work tshirts hide so much 😂
