Tampon issue

Hi!!

I was taking out my tampon today and I realized there were actually two and now I’m a little worried. I used my first one at 1:30pm and I took both of them out around 9:15pm so I didn’t have it in for an excessive time but I just want to know if i should be worried about anything???
