Worried..thoughts?

Lately I have been feeling the urge to pee and sometimes after I go I still feel like I need to go and only a bit comes out. I’m laying in bed now with pressure as if I have to go but when I sit on the toilet hardly anything comes out and it’s a very uncomfortable feeling..I went to the Obgyn today because I thought I had a UTI but it’s negative..I kind of want to call back to see if maybe there was a mistake..not sure what to do .. anyone had similar symptoms?
