High heartbeat

I’m 12W4D and anytime I get up and start doing chores or go for a walk my heart is racing. Once I sit or lay down it settles down but I’m wondering if anyone experienced this, this early in pregnancy? I’m scared for what’s to come if I feel like this already lol,
