About a week after delivery I’ve developed pain when walking and doing pretty much anything. It almost feels like a pulled muscle in the lower abdominal/uterine area. The only thing I did the day of was walk around the store and vacuum my house. At the store, it felt like everything was about to fall out honestly. Then the pain set in that night.

Anyone else? Any ideas? This is my second delivery and I didn’t have this with my first but I had SPD prior to delivery of this baby and this feels like that, but more severe.
