Mucus Plug? Water break?

Hello ladies!

I am 39W4D. I went to the bathroom to pee but I felt something else come out of my and when I looked my pee looked cloudy as if something fell into it. I have been losing my mucus plug but I did not see this in the urine this time. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?
