I was told empty sac but it looks like something is in it?

Obviously I’m not an expert…. 
But it clearly looks like something is in there no?
The tech said “when I say nothings there I mean there’s no baby”
***6w3d — and they told me it’s a miscarriage****

6 weeks 3 days seems pretty early to declare a miscarriage unless you have other symptoms to support that diagnosis. Many people don't see much if anything that early, I definitely see something there. I'd get a second opinion in a week or two.

With my son there was only a sac went back two week later there was a baby  could just mean your more early then what they thought

Thats about what my ultrasound looked like at your gestation. I’m no expert either but if you’re not having any secondary symptoms I would maybe wait a little longer
