i have these on my buttock and im not sure if they are herpes or pimples

I had one exact to these on my right knee. I googled like a dumbass and the first thing that popped up was hpv. I do have hpv and never saw this type of bump again. Until a year later. I was diagnosed with cervical cancer due to hpv so please get an exam!

If you can pop them, pimples. If not, skin tags. Doesn’t look like herpes though. That looks more like clusters of blisters
