I wear tampons mostly throughout the day and sleep with a pad. If I'm just spotting then it's a panty liner.

I’ve had my period for 3 years (I’m 16 now) and I’m still scared of tampons. I’m not a virgin so Ik that my fear is pretty irrational but I just don’t know what to do to get over it.

I alternate between a lot of different things, it just depends on what I feel like using

I wear period panties or cloth pads. I have tampons in hand for swimming or unique situations but I’ve never been super comfortable wearing them for more than just a few hours.
