Warren failed his newborn screening st the hospital. Today we had another test done (4 weeks old) and it is confirmed that he has moderate hearing loss in both ears the left one being a little worse. My heart is sad. My 15 month old just had major brain surgery 3 days after warren was born and it’s like the punches just keep coming. I know it’s not the end of the world and that other people have harder mountains to climb but it still hits you. Warren also goes back to the neurologist in a few weeks due to his hypoxia at birth they think he may have permanent brain damage 😔
