The worst news :(

My heart is so broken .. After 2yrs of ttc I finally got pregnant and I went in today for my first dating ultrasound I should've been around 9weeks they found a sac which was 7weeks3days but no baby :( they saw something but can't tell if it's a baby , their saying either they baby is very small or theirs no baby at all 😢😢😢 I have another ultrasound in 10days to see if anything changes! If not we will have to terminate the sac 😢😢😢😢💔💔 my heart is broken!!
