2nd pregnancy with risk of premature birth

My first pregnancy was twin girls and I went into labor in 28w4d, I’m really afraid that this second pregnancy will be early too, anyone experienced this? I’m pregnant with only one baby and I don’t have any signs of premature birth yet. I hope I can carry her to full term. 🥺
