Can stress affect implantation?

I was having a super low stress month, feeling super good and positive. This is our 7th cycle trying and I just have felt better than I have in a while! That is until Friday. I had my LH spike Wednesday, ovulated Thursday, and at 1dpo on Friday, something extremely stressful at work happened and I have not been able to let it go or move on. I can tell I’m likely spiraling but I can’t stop: now I’m worried on top of it all that this stress will affect my chances this month. I was really hoping this would be our month but now I’m not very confident about it. Can anyone offer advice or words of encouragement?
