Can a yeast infection delay a period?

Feel free to give advice below. I got a yeast infection a few days ago (discharge is already returning back to normal & itching is basically gone) but my period is a day late now.

I also may have ovulated later than usual since I didn’t get a positive OPK when I usually do but I also haven’t been testing regularly this cycle due to me traveling around a bit.
