Crazy sharp stomach pain!!!! 6 weeks

I was sat down for a bit as I got up I had this crazy sharp pain right in the centre of my stomach it lasted a few seconds and kinda radiated to my arse 😂 it was sooooo painful I’m worried this may mean miscarriage? I’ve been pregnant before and never felt anything like this. I feel completely fine now but I’m scared it’s gonna happen again. What could it be? I’m only 6 weeks 4 days.

Should I be worried about this? I wasn’t planning to get my first scan till 10 weeks should I go earlier??
