What is a reasonable time for an evening date to start?

My boyfriend has been fucking up a lot lately and asked me on a date this Saturday evening to make up for it. Now he’s saying he won’t be here until around 9:30/10PM. I told him those are basically clubbing hours and no restaurants would be open.. Is it wrong that I am upset about that? Like, I have to work in the morning and he never said our date would be this late… it’s 6pm and I’m already dressed and ready.
