Anyone feeling uncomfortable to sleep ?

I tend to move a lot when I'm sleeping like I'm comfortable but then I'm not and then I get this horrible back pain 😩

The only way I'm comfortable is on my back. And at this point, they say to avoid your back cuz the weight on arteries stops blood flow to important organs. Like wth? Now what?

Nothing is comfortable anymore. I'm more of a ride side sleeper but lately it causes extreme pain in my belly and my left side Makes my arm go numb. I have a maternity pillow to try and help me sleep but honestly I end up throwing it off the bed halfway through the night. I miss sleeping on my belly

I also got a Snoogle. It's helped me to stay sleeping in my side and much more comfortable.

I'm a stomach sleeper n I've got acid reflux now with an inflammation on my left hip so I've only got stomach except it's getting bigger n I feel like I'm pressing on the baby. Getting a donut to stick my stomach in lol

I was a stomach sleeper... So I know how hard it is to not get comfy and knock out!    I got a regular body pillow from Target and I wrap my legs and arms around it to sleep. It helps prop up the belly too. Best $10 investment, cheaper than the big maternity/nursing pillows too.

I seriously cant deal! I struggle to sleep even with a pillow between my legs😭my lower right back is killing me, last night i fell asleep just sitting up coz i just cant find the perfect position and i feel so bad lying on my back which seems better than sides. Ohh booyyy!
