Advice needed!

Does any one have a spouse that suffers from insomnia???

My fiancé is wanting to take 4 Tylenol Pms, 3 no longer puts him to sleep. Google is kind of unclear & all urgent cares are closed for the night other wise I would call

- hey I just wanted to update this we decided to wing it tonight, my fiancé has prescribed Trazodone for his insomnia but it does not put him to sleep. He’s self medicated on multiple sedatives for years so a lot of OTC do not work. Melatonin, unisom, zzquil & now Tylenol PM

His insomnia was never addressed until a few months ago his pcp just kept saying to train his body to sleep & he’d be up for 3 days straight. I really don’t know how to help him

but I worry about his health along side his sanity because a person that doesn’t sleep on top of working in the medical field is a silent killer within hisself. Please keep sending tips he’s reading all of your comments. And I’m glad I made this post before he took the pills. Thanks you guys!
