How to fix Diastasis recti? 🥺

I am a first time mum and would love some direction. I've tried youtube but so many videos contradict each other if what I should and shouldn't be doing. 
Any suggestions?

Get a referral from OB to go to physical therapy. They have specialists who can assess you and your certain degree of separation. They can give you certain exercises to help bring your muscles together some.  Doing youtube workouts can actually cause more separation/damage.

Best bet would seeing your doctor and getting a referral to a physical therapist. Regular crunches and stuff won’t help, a physical therapist will be able to help you without a bunch of misinformation being thrown at you.
