Pain after urination.

Hi, I understand that most people would assume it's a bladder infection/UTI. It isn't.

This has been happening for years. Doctors have taken urine samples and I have no UTI or anything like that. It doesn't burn when I pee, there's no foul odor, no blood in my urine or irritation. There's no itching. It's simply an uncomfortable/painful feeling near my clitoris/urethra after I finish urinating. It isn't a burning feeling. It's more of an aching sensation. It goes away after a bit but other than that I have no other symptoms.

Any ideas on what this could be? When I try to do research it always takes me to pain DURING urination and a UTI or something. But it isn't during. It's only after or towards the very end and then after. Please don't be harsh or cruel, I'm desperate for help. I cried in the shower because I've gotten so frustrated.
