my boyfriend and i have been together for over a year and we always have sex at least once every day that we see each other. however, over the last few weeks it has been like once a week, but obviously i’m used to much more often so i am really sexually frustrated!! he is moving house so says he’s stressed and it’s not me but i keep overthinking it because it’s hard not to get a bit sad when i get denied all the time. what do i do??

i don’t pressure him just ask for sex when i’m horny but he normally says no and doesn’t finger me or anything. how do i stop overthinking it and maybe get out of our sexual rut?? help pls🥺
