Which breast pump is best?

My insurance covers the above 3 pumps. Please suggest which one i should opt for and why. First time mom here. Thank you in advance.

in my opinion, the medela was super strong and like ripped off my nipples. some feel that the spectra is too gentle. i absolutely love the spectra and do think its gentle but i also think its WAY more effective
