Best toddler/infant combo travel system?

Any recommendations would be appreciated! I'd love one that can adapt between JUST fitting an infant carseat and also being able to fit a toddler seat. I've seen this with UPPA baby travel systems, but there's gotta be a less expensive version? Any advice welcome. Thanks in advance!

If I’m reading this correctly, I don’t have one that converts to both, but I hope this still helps. we ended up keeping the single stroller and also have a double stroller. I thought it would be difficult to know which one to keep in the car and remembering to switch when needed but it hasn’t been bad so far.

Are you looking for a travel system that will grow with one baby, or one that will fit both an infant and a toddler at the same time?
Either way, we love our Bob strollers! You can get adapters for both the single and double strollers that allow you to insert most major brands of infant car seat. 
I've talked to a couple other moms, and there seems to be consensus that the side-by-side arrangement is preferred over others when you need to push two LOs. The side-by-side ones do take up a lot of space in the trunk though, so it's a trade-off. 
I'd suggest to check out Facebook marketplace. People are selling like-new strollers all the time, and since you're not paying an arm and leg for used ones, it's not as big a deal if you don't like it (and you can resell it easily)!

I would discourage the uppa baby.  It was honestly great for one kid and easy to open/close and lug around.  We now have a 8mo old and a March baby and I hate it as a double. If we use the car seat up top my 2yo has to be on the bottom seat. He’s way too tall for the seat, drags his feet and I’ve injured him many times when his feet are down going over a bump.  Even though he still “fits” in the top seat, my 8mo doesn’t look stable in the bottom one and gets kicked the whole ride from behind.   We found a side by side city mini Baby jogger stroller on fbook market place for $40.  It’s super used/beat up but my kids (and I) love it so much more. So far we have no had any issues with it being too wide for the sidewalks or doorways.  I’d look into the city mini GT2 double.

I have the evenflo pivot xpand and I really like it. Super easy to move the seats around and switch it from single to double. It has a couple of things that aren’t my favorite, like the cup holder is kind of pathetic, and when it’s got the infant seat and the toddler seat it can get a little front heavy, but overall I think it’s great for the price.
