Ear infection. Still have fever 3 days after starting antibiotics

Hi everyone! Friday morning I started running a very low grade temp of 99.6 I went to the urgent care was tested for covid, and it came back negative. I am vaccinated, but I do know you can still become infected. He looked at my ears and said it looked to be an ear infection. 3 days in on zpack and I’m still running a temp it did get up to 102 Friday night, but has stayed fluctuating between 99-101. Do I give the dr a call about possibly switching antibiotics? I wasn’t sure if this is still normal to continue to have this fever 3 days in.
