I had spotting for three days Sept 18-20th. I have not been able to sleep on my stomach and I've been exhausted. I can't stand the smell of food and others things. I've also been having abdominal pains here and there along with tender nipples. It's hard to tell because with my first baby  I didn't have any pregnancy symptoms. Except for tender breast and nipples. What do you ladies think??
