Birth control pills

Hey ladies. I’ve been on and off aurovela birth control pill since April of this year. Personally it’s horrible! definitely makes me feel more emotional or suicidal to say the least. any recommendations for a “ good safe “ birth control something that’s light & nothing that make me feel crazy. * no iuds , or implants * I know it’s almost impossible to find but I would really love to hear what helped you ladies. Yes I would like to continue my periods regularly or get regulated ! Not planning on having more kids for 2-3 years. HELP IF YOU CAN.
