So I have been experiencing a dull ache/pressure on and off on my left side since around 6/7dpo. Hoping it may be a good sign of implantation, but afraid to be hopeful and have it end up being something else. If I had a cyst would it be more of a constant discomfort? I am just wondering if it is something to be concerned about or just something to monitor? I am two days out from my period, so maybe it is that getting ready to start?
