Stupid question but can you get pregnant using a condom if it doesn’t break? And how likely is it???

I used to get pregnant with condoms, the reason being was that my partner would shrink considerably after he ejaculated and the semen would leak inside me think like a turtles neck retracted into its shell immediately after ejaculation. Condoms are 93% effective, pulling out as well, you have to be careful with pulling out because the condom can slip off, or get stuck in you the better option may be getting on another form of birth control maybe you’re best option is both birth control and condoms, nothing is 100% except not having sex obviously but your protections are highly increased by being double protected with both birth control and condoms. Please do not use Plan B as a form of birth control, It’s for emergencies only, and can cause all kinds of havoc on your body from Pulmonary embolism etc.
