Depressed

Had a BFP last week three days after Aunt Flo was due, the day after I started bleeding a ton and it was has been different from a regular period.. I am thinking it was a chemical pregnancy .. I'm super sad and am trying to be postive but it is so hard.. Any advice or encouragement ? ❤️
